The Ecoguard Type M a.k.a. Spark Buster is equipped with a Carbide-tipped blade and eliminates the dangerous kick-back on hand-held grinders as well as minimizes sparks, debris and odor. This new system cuts angle iron, c-channel, conduit, schedule 40, spiral duct, galvanized roofing, metal studs, rebar, stainless steel, aluminum plates and bars, steel plates, threaded rods and unistrut.

Spike Disc

The New Alpha® Spike Disc is the ultimate wheel for coating removal. Easily removes thick coating materials such as Epoxy and Urethane on concrete floors without the typical need to grind afterwards. Due to the unique open-mesh diamond layout, clogging problems and burns on metal are eliminated. Spike Discs are also great for steel, wood and other softer surfaces such as Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer.

Alpha® has expanded its Ceramica Dry line to include 5” discs. The new size utilizes the same process as the 4”, but allows more area to be polished at a time. These discs have a thicker diamond layer, thus creating better quality results and a longer life than typical dry resin pads.

Introducing the Ecoguard Type W. Unlike the Ecoguard Type C which uses a supplied dust collection bag, the Ecoguard Type W must be used with a vacuum, or other dust collection system, to successfully collect the dust and larger particles derived from using wider kerf diamond blades such as the Alpha® Tuck Pointing or Crack Chasing blades.
