The kit combines our AWS-125 Wet Stone Cutter with the a universal carriage assembly and a 4’ guide rail to create a clean, straight cut. With the increased popularity of concrete being used inside and outside the home, Alpha Professional Tools® has developed the Alpha® Crack Chasing Wheel for repairing cracks. This V-cut wheel style produces a 1/2 inch wide, 70-degree, V-shaped groove for re-caulking and re-filling. The 4” wheel fits on the Alpha® Ecocutter, thus creating a portable, dust-free operation eliminating unnecessary cleanup.

Alpha Professional Tools® introduces the Segmented Grinding Cup Wheel. A diamond grinding cup wheel specifically designed for grinding and sanding applications on concrete, terrazzo and masonry products. This wheel is available in two arbor sizes: the 26mm arbor grinding wheel is designed to be used with our patent pending spring-loaded flange assembly, and the 7/8” arbor is for those who want to use a conventional grinder or the Ecogrinder with our manual height adjustment flange assembly.

The VSP-120 has many new features. Our new Variable Speed Electric Polisher comes with a variable speed control switch that has an automatic speed feed-back system to maintain consistent RPMs with or without a load. The range of the RPMs has been extended from 500 RPM to 2800 RPM. The new VSP-120 also includes a unique splash guard which reduces water spray and protects the motor housing. Due to the increased popularity of Crystallized Glass, Alpha Professional Tools® has performed extensive testing and determined that the Silencer III for Porcelain is the perfect blade to cut this material. Alpha® introduces a Wet Core Drill Bit for CNC Machines and Radial Arm workstations. This Core Bit comes with a 1/2” Gas Thread, designed for the tool holder. The diamonds and matrix have been selected to minimize blow-out at the bottom of the stone, since most CNC Router fabrication is done upside-down. This new Core Bit utilizes the superior technology that has made the Alpha® Wet and Dry Core Bits the best in the industry.
