Alpha® is seeking a candidate that will make a positive impact on our future growth and success.

We are offering an exciting sales opportunity to manage a top producing territory with unlimited growth covering The Northeast USA, specifically, North and Central VA, DE, MD, East PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, and ME. This position requires a mix of inside and outside sales skills. Candidates will be required to work remotely in a home office environment, visiting customers and prospects virtually as well as frequently travel to visit those customers and prospects in person at their place of business. Candidates must not be intimidated selling virtually as well as in person. Regular overnight travel is expected. The ideal candidate must have an outstanding work ethic, excellent planning and organization skills, good task management and be goal and task oriented. They must be proficient speaking to large and small groups as well as to individuals.

Candidates must be comfortable demonstrating and working with power tools to educate customers inside a fabrication shop setting as well as on residential and commercial jobsites. They must be proficient using technology to communicate, research and record their sales call results. Computer, smartphone and software skills are necessary. Experience in the Stone/Tile and or Hardscape industry is helpful. Alpha® offers a competitive compensation and benefit package for this position. We currently have an opening in our Customer Service Department for a Representative who wants to join our team to build relationships with our customers by providing outstanding service, technical and inside sales support. Must be a self-motivated individual able to work independently with the ability to commute to our corporate office in Franklin, NJ.

Our representatives work closely with our sales, service, production and administrative departments to ensure the highest level of satisfaction to our customers. The ideal candidate must know the real meaning of providing GREAT customer service, possess a strong work ethic and be able to develop an in-depth understanding of Alpha® products in order to explain their features and benefits. Knowledge of MS Office and an active LinkedIn presence is a must. Communication skills both verbal and written are equally important. Bi-lingual in Spanish or other foreign language is required.
